Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Aever Clinics. Kindly note that we do not provide refunds for treatments, products, pre-paid packages, or gift cards purchased in clinics. Different terms apply to online or phone purchases of pre-paid packages as detailed below.


In the event of an adverse reaction, please reach out directly to the Clinic at the location where you made your booking or purchase. They can offer advice on alternative treatments or products and exercise discretion to address your concern, while ensuring your statutory rights are maintained.


Refunds for Online or Phone Booking of Pre-paid Packages and Gift Cards:


We trust you are satisfied with your online purchase. If, for any reason, you change your mind within 14 days of acquiring an online or phone pre-paid package, you are entitled to request a full refund. Please email the clinic where the purchase was made within 14 days, attaching your proof of purchase. Following the expiration of the 14-day cooling-off period, our standard no-refund policy, as previously mentioned, is applicable to online or phone pre-paid packages and gift cards.


Note: The 14-day cooling-off period does not extend to purchases made in clinics. No refunds are available for redeemed or used pre-paid packages or gift cards during this period. Our cancellation policy (refer below) is relevant to any treatments redeemed from your pre-paid package within this 14-day cooling-off period and thereafter.


Cancellations:


We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations of treatment appointments. Should you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend a scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit or the applicable treatment cost. For treatments from pre-paid packages, the entire cost of the treatment will be forfeited.


If you become ill within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact the Clinic at the location where your treatment is booked promptly to discuss available options.


Pre-paid Treatment & Gift Card Expiry Dates:


Please be aware that pre-paid packages expire 12-18 months from the date of purchase, depending on the number of treatments. Gift cards have a 12-month expiry. Ensure timely booking of treatment appointments before your pre-paid package expiry or use your gift card before it expires. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for unused treatments linked to expired pre-paid packages or gift cards.


If illness prevents the use of all treatments in a pre-paid package before expiry, please contact your clinic manager for guidance.
