Clinic Manager

As a Clinic Manager you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, specialising in laser hair removal, tattoo removal, injectable treatments, body sculpting, and skin treatments using the latest state of the art equipment such as Candela GentleMax Pro Plus, Candela PicoWay, Dermapen, Hydrafacial and more.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical aesthetics, a proven track record in team management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and results. As the Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our clinic while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client care.

Responsibilities:

• Clinic operations management to ensure the smooth day to day functioning of the clinic.
• Team Leadership including recruiting, rostering, training and supervising clinic staff whilst fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction including addressing client concerns and feedback.
• Scheduling and diary management to meet clinic efficiencies.
• Perform in clinic treatments where necessary.
• Performance and financial management to establish and meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Compliance and safety with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, infection control and privacy laws.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic setting.
• Strong knowledge of laser hair removal, injectables, body contouring, skin rejuvenation procedures, products and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the medical aesthetics industry.
• Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English.
