Cleanskin Germany has ceased operations. Your care continues with Aever Clinics.

The clinics in Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Leipzig, Essen and Munich remain open and are now operated by Aever Clinics.

We will honour your existing Cleanskin packages and subscriptions, so you can continue your treatments with us.

The former Cleanskin locations in Berlin, Hamburg and Potsdam are permanently closed. We will be happy to continue your care at other Aever Clinics locations in Germany, including our two Berlin clinics and our clinic at Hamburg Westfield Überseequartier.

What happens next?

As we complete the transition, we do not yet have access to your Cleanskin treatment and package information. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while the transition is completed.

• The liquidator managing the Cleanskin closure will contact you with further information.
• Please follow the instructions in that communication and provide your consent for your information to be shared with Aever Clinics.
• Once we receive your information, our team can review your package and help you continue your treatments.
• If you have not heard from the liquidator by 7 October 2026, please email us at support.de@aeverclinics.com.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to welcoming you and providing the high standard of care you can expect from Aever Clinics.
